The flat is in the Batignolles / Villiers area  (rue Dulong 75017 Paris) on the fifth  floor (out of seven) with elevator. Two windows face out onto the courtyard in a southeasterly direction.

the flat is fully furnished and for a maximum of two people.

In the main room there is  bed with high quality mattress 140x190, LCD TV with 170 channels,  high speed WI-FI internet connection ...large wardrobe... (iron and ironing board).

In the kitchen you'll find a refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, 2 ceramic hobs, toaster, kettle, coffee machine ... so you could choose to stay at home and cook your own meal for a cozy evening in.

 A quaint shower with a stone-ceramic tiling for the bathroom. A hairdryer is at your disposal.

 For walks and visits, the studio is perfectly located

• subway station Rome (line 2) or station Villiers(line 3)
  
• bus stop very close . Bus N° 53 / 31 / 30
  
• Railway station St Lazare 10 mn walking distance
  

• 5mn on the subway to get to the Champs Elysées or Montmartre or 25mn walking distance
  

• Madeleine, Opera and big stores ( Galerie Lafayettes, Printemps) are in walking distance  15 /20 mn

• You can go jogging in the nearby Monceau park (8,5ha) or go for a stroll in Lévis street, one of the few pedestrian streets in the capital. It also has a daily market (minimarkets are open till 9pm)

This familial district offers a wide choice of shops, nice bistrots, restaurants and “french brasseries” (I could direct you to the best ones). The Hébertot theater is very close or if you prefer going to the cinema it's just a 10mn walk...

The flat will be carefully checked and cleaned before you arrive.
At the end of the stay you are required to leave the studio in the same general condition as it was when you arrived. (optional : cleaning for 30€ )

For your comfort, this is a non smoking flat.

 Prices :

• 80€ / night (for 2 people) for a minimum of 2 nights

• 430€ / week (7 nights)

Tapering rates according to how long you stay. Security deposit required.
